Biography & Introduction

ZHANG Lei received his PhD degree in Hefei National Laboratory for Physical Sciences at the Microscale, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in May 2009. Since June 2009, he has been working as a research staff at High Magnetic Field Laboratory, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CHMFL). He has been engaged in the maintenance of the X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and the scientific research on the condensed matter materials. So far, he has published more than 150 SCI papers in the authoritative academic journals.

Research

Research Interests

1. Phase transitions, such as Peierls transition, magnetic phase transitions;

2. Exotic magnetic ordering states, such as helimagnetism, Skyrmion, magnetic soliton,

3. Spintronics, such as magneto-anisotropy, ferromagnetic semiconductors.
