Research
I am an experimental condensed matter physicist. My interest includes designing, synthesizing and exploring emergent phenomena in quantum material based artificial systems. I’m also interested in developing new growth strategies and new characterization protocols on user facilities, like X-ray synchrotron station and high steady magnetic field cell. My current research focuses on heavy transition metal (e.g., Iridium) oxide artificial systems that display low-dimensional magnetism, nontrivial Berry-phase physics, extreme spin-charge fluctuations and multiferroicity.
