On 17 April 2015, invited by Prof. Fei XUE, Prof. Eyal Buks from Nano-electronics Research Center, Dept. of Electrical Engineering, Technion visited High Magnetic Field Laboratory, CAS(CHMFL) accompanied by Dr. Hui WANG from Institute of microelectronics, Tsinghua University.

During their visiting at CHMFL, Prof. Buks and Dr.Wang visited laboratories at CHMFL, and discussed with Prof. Xue the opportunities of taking advantages of facilities of two institutes and applying superconducting quantum circuit in sensitive force detection using nonlinear effects of the hybrid system.  Prof. Buks presented a talk entitled Back-reaction Effects in Opto-mechanical Cavities. Many researchers and graduated students attended the seminar.

Professor Eyal Buks has been worked in the field of opto-mechanical systems and superconducting quantum circuit systems for decades. He authored more than 80 papers in peer-reviewed journals, including Nature, Physical Review Letters, Physical Review B, Applied Physics Letters, Euro physics Letters, Journal of Applied Physics Journals etc., and his papers have been cited more than 500 times till now.
